What does a workplace trial reveal?
A successful reading demonstration does not cover every situation. Real teams encounter damaged labels, equipment in another room and items missing from the list.
A small trial shows how people record those cases and what happens afterwards. Its value is the view of the whole workflow, beyond scanner speed.
Why take the trial through reconciliation?
Comparing findings with the register reveals whether the result contains the required identifiers and locations. Teams can check exports, repeated readings and how questions reach custodians.
This also exposes additional work. The cause may be the application, outdated records or the absence of someone able to confirm information.
Less uncertainty in a larger count
Corrections made after the pilot need not be repeated across every branch. The business gains a more realistic timetable and shared arrangements for exceptions. Rollout then rests on a tested workflow as well as expectations.
